Cancellation policy.

Please note. In the event of accommodation which has been reserved being cancelled, it is desired to draw attention to the fact that a hotel or guest house has the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show.  If your circumstances change having a confirmed reservation for accommodation at Yew Tree House and you decide to cancel or postpone your reservation, no charge will me made if at least 48 hours notice is given prior to the first day of arrival.  If less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice is given then a guest will be requested to pay half the cost of the first of day of the reservation. If less than 24 hours notice is given then a guest will be liable to pay the full cost of the first day of the reservation. Such notice to cancel or postpone a reservation must be made by telephone and not via email.
